
Bobath Scotland’s Children’s Cerebral Palsy Therapy Centre in Glasgow is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and currently employs 13 full-and part-time staff and involves around 40 people as volunteers. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of service user support and care.
Bandings 7-8A will be considered.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in April 2012. Applicants should have experience working with individuals with cerebral palsy. Candidates who have completed the 8 week paediatric Bobath course will receive preference, but those who are not yet trained in the concept, will receive training as part of the induction programme. Training in treatment of adolescents and adults with cerebral palsy will also be provided if required.
All our therapists are supported and encouraged to participate in continuing professional development through in-service training and as part of the wider team at the Bobath centres in London and Wales.
