Rachel's Welly Walk for Bobath

2011 was the 4th year of Rachel’s Welly Walk, which is organised by the six year old Rachel Collie’s family as a thank you to Bobath Scotland for the therapy she receives.  Steve McKenna, of Real Radio, was there to kick everything off, and, as always, prizes were given for the best fancy dress and most outrageous wellies!

The walk  - held in Strathclyde Country Park - is always filled with fun and family orientated, with the route an easy 4.5 miles round Strathclyde Loch - ideal for both small children and wheelchair users as it's flat and safe. All you need to bring is some wellies (and fancy dress, if you can), your friends or children, and sense of humour! 

Money raised by this walk will support the specialised therapy provided to children like Rachel by Bobath Scotland.
