When writing their wills, everyone’s first priority rightly is to take care of family and loved ones. But after you've provided for those close to you, you may want to ensure that your support for the causes dear to your heart also continues after you have passed on.

Leaving a gift to Bobath Scotland Children's Therapy Centre in your will is a very special way to help guarantee that the charity thrives for decades to come, and it means that you can personally help future generations of children with cerebral palsy.

You are under no obligation to tell us about the gift in advance, as we recognise that your will is a private matter.

Ways to donate in your will

• Leave us a share of the residue of your estate, which is the amount left after family and friends have been provided for.
• Donate a specific cash sum – even the smallest cash gift will help.
• Bequeath a specific property (this can be for us to use or sell).

The gift that you leave us will be completely free of inheritance tax, meaning that more of your money goes straight to helping the children who attend the centre.

We do advise you to consult a solicitor before making a will, to ensure that your wishes are clearly stated. Your solicitor will discuss these options with you, and will insert the appropriate clause in your will. They will need to quote our full title and charity number, which is:
