Bobath Promise

This year, more than 85% of our funds need to come from voluntary sources, and we rely on the support of the public to help us make this happen.

It is without doubt that Bobath Scotland changes lives every single day. But, we wouldn’t be able to do any of it without the support of generous, thoughtful and committed donors.

We know climbing Ben Nevis was hard, that your colleagues debated for days about which charity to choose before committing to a year-long programme of fundraising activities, and that your £10 monthly gift could easily go to another equally worthy case.

That’s why we want to make a commitment to you.

Bobath Scotland simply would not exist without fundraising and, more importantly, its donors and fundraisers. We try always to adhere to best practice and act transparently. We follow the Code of Fundraising Practice and comply with the key principles embodied in the Code. We are commited to operating in line with the values of the Code; to be legal, open, honest and respectful in all our fundraising

In addition to this, we promise never to cold call you or share your data and personal details with other organisations. You can see our privacy policy here: Privacy statement November 2017

We value you your support and loyalty. If at any time you think we could do better or would like to make a complaint, please call Virginia Anderson, Head of Fundraising or our Chief Executive, Stephanie Fraser on 0141 352 5000.

Further information about how to make a complaint about fundraising in Scotland is available here.

If you would like to know more about how we spend and raise money, please have a look at our Annual Accounts.

We will always do our very best because we have the privilege of seeing each day the children, families and adults who come to us for support. Such life changing work would simply not be possible without your help.
